What is KPI? Is it a management indicator? Is it a performance indicator? Is it an indicator for the boss to consider whether to give a raise at the end of the year? These words seem to present a bunch of numbers.
From a different perspective, KPI is the direction of current and future efforts. Achieving the target means completing the goal, and the business can expand operations and profits smoothly. Therefore, having KPI indicators in business communities is a normal situation.
