不敢相信~
我居然可以持續運動~有一群自稱「跑步團」的朋友,但是我們從來沒有一起跑步過,奇妙吧!這個群組運作也很微妙,有壓力又好像沒壓力,大家會主動去跑步繳成績,互相鼓勵,沒跑也不會怎樣(但會被關心😂😂)我們的宗旨是「忙碌的工作,還是要找時間健康運動」。每個月的一次聚餐是獎勵、是跑步動力、是心得分享。其他活動的到齊率都沒有跑步團吃飯的高呢~這團的魅力到底在哪裡呢?!是因為我們選的餐廳都不錯嗎😆跑那麼辛苦一定要犒賞自己啦🤩。我耐力差,沒想到也曾經有1個月累積100K的紀錄(然後膝蓋就受傷了🤣請適量運動)總之~讓我們持續跑下去,保持健康吃吃吃吧~🏃🏃

Can’t believe it~
I can actually keep exercising~ I have a group of friends who call themselves the ”running group,“ but we have never run together, isn‘t it strange! The operation of this group is also subtle, there’s pressure yet it feels pressure-free, everyone will actively go for a run to submit results, encourage each other, nothing will happen if you don‘t run (but you will be cared for 😂😂). Our motto is ”busy work, still find time for healthy exercise.“ The monthly dinner is a reward, a motivation for running, and a sharing of experiences. The attendance rate for other activities is not as high as the running group’s dinner~
What is the charm of this group?! Is it because we choose good restaurants after running so hard, we must reward ourselves . My endurance is poor, but I never thought I once had a record of accumulating 100K in a month (then my knees got injured, please exercise moderately). In short~ let‘s keep running and maintain a healthy diet~
When March comes to an end, this running activity will have been ongoing for half a year.
