我跟客戶相處的技巧有六字箴言
1.讚美
想辦法找出客戶可以真誠讚美的地方
Ex：哇，棟鎭哥的捲髮捲的真好看，好像韓系的藝人一樣有型。
Amy真的好有氣質，從劍橋大學畢業果真不一樣，散發著書香氣息。
2.給予
一直送吃的喝的給客戶，吃人嘴軟拿人手短，他們不好意思之後自然會給我們案件
3.同頻
客戶喜歡運動我們就陪他們去運動，愛唱歌就一起去唱歌，要喝酒就一起去暢飲
人們總是喜歡跟同頻率的人做生意交朋友
I have a six-word motto for how I interact with clients:
1. Praise
Find sincere ways to compliment your clients. For instance, “Wow, David’s curly hair looks amazing! You are as stylish as a Korean pop star.”
“Amy is so graceful. Graduating from Cambridge University really makes her stand out. She radiates a scholarly aura.”
2. Giving
Always offer food and drinks to your clients. Giving them something to eat or drink will make them feel obligated to reciprocate the favor in the future.
3. Similar interests
If your clients enjoy working out, go work out with them. If they love to sing, go sing with them. If they want to grab a drink, go enjoy one together.
People usually like doing business and making friends with people who share similar interests.
