我是在29歲創立鴻光國際物流有限公司，但這不是我第一次創業，我第一次創業是在我24歲時，當時比較年輕，尚未準備好，發現當老闆沒有那麼容易，再不到兩年就結束營業，所以我決定先學習怎麼當一個好員工再重新出發。

I founded Hung Kuang International Logistics Co., Ltd. at the age of 29, but it wasn’t my first venture. My first entrepreneurial attempt was at the age of 24.
Being younger and unprepared, I realized that being a boss wasn’t as easy as it seemed. Within less than two years, I ended up closing the business. Therefore, I decided to learn how to be a good employee first before starting over.
