在你的企業裡,你認為你是什麼樣的領導人?
不管是以前在部隊,還是後來帶業務員,或是現在公司將要擴編階段,我覺得我是個願意充分授權的領導人
因為領導人不會事事都精通,所以領導人主要是抓出大方向,細節可以有員工來執行就好。
另外一個原因是訂出大方向後,員工也可以在授權範圍內,具有部分執行決定權,這也是讓他們成長的一個方式。
最後是我不想像過去領導者,在生命的最後一刻還要說:「和平、奮鬥、救中國」
我覺得如果我沒有授權,我就會變成:「認真、努力、救救我」

What kind of leader do you think you are in your business?
Whether it was leading in the military before, managing a sales team later, or now as the company enters the expansion phase, I consider myself as a leader who is willing to delegate authority.
As a leader, I understand that I cannot be an expert in everything. Therefore, my main focus is to set the overall direction, while allowing the employees to execute the details.
Another reason for empowering others within the authorized scope is to foster their growth. By granting them partial decision-making power, they can take ownership and develop their skills.
Lastly, I don’t want to end up like past leaders who, at their last moment in life, had to say, “Peace, strive, save China.” Instead, if I haven’t delegated authority, I may end up saying, “Seriousness, effort, save me.”
