攝影業留才真的不容易
我們工作室給攝影師的抽成是70%,但人才流失率也是70%
所以跟員工夥伴的相處我也一直在做調整
第一次組團隊的時候
想著嚴師出高徒,對他們比較嚴格,要求也比較多,想不到他們都被我嚇跑了
第二次組件團隊,改用鼓勵的方式,一直吹捧攝影師們,拍得真好,好棒的創意啊~結果他們真的以為自己很棒就出去自立門戶了
如今組件團隊,就比較中和一點了,老闆給錢,員工辦事,事情辦好,我錢給好,我說這樣就這樣,不要跟我囉嗦。公歸公,私歸私,工作不要囉哩八嗦。反而大家比較容易上軌道

Retaining talent in the photography industry is truly difficult. Our studio offers photographers a 70% commission, but the turnover rate is also 70%. So, I’ve been adjusting how we interact with our employee partners. The first time I formed a team, I adopted a strict approach, but they were scared off by the high demands. The second time, I tried encouragement, praising the photographers‘ work, but they left thinking too highly of themselves. Nowadays, our team dynamics are more balanced: the boss pays well, employees get the job done, and I keep it straightforward—what I say goes. Work matters at work, and personal matters stay personal. This approach helps us stay on track.
