企業參訪第二站，來到宸忻營養諮詢中心參訪，聽心余分享才知道，營養管理不是單純只有飲食的控管，包含的面向其實很多，甚至連睡覺都是很需要好好重視跟管理，又長知識了。
In 2024, as part of our localized visits, we headed to the Hsinchu Diamond Chapter for the second stop – the Chenxin Nutrition Consultation Center. It was during this visit that Xin Yu shared insights, revealing that nutritional management goes beyond merely controlling our diet. It involves numerous facets, including giving due attention and management to our sleep. It was a valuable learning experience.
